Breakfast
Breakfast in the Su Otel is a pleasure like no other. Served as a buffet meal, you may take it either under the shady awnings or under the boughs of the restaurant’s mandarin and tangerine trees. We use natural organic locally produced ingredients for breakfast with our our own jams. The bakery is a few short steps from the hotel ensuring fresh bread at all times. Olives from Ali’s garden,eggs from Mustapha’s village and fruit from our own trees (or our neighbours!) wherever possible.
We are flexible in breakfast timing: the service is between 08.00 am. and 11.00 am. If you are late we could prepare a plate for you, if you let us know – the evenings can be very late in Bodrum for some people!!!
Lunch
Our Cook prepares a special lunch everyday ( usually two main dishes with salad or fruits).
You may also choose whatever you wish from the A la Carte menu.
Our salads and sandwiches are great. and can be served round the pool or on your terrace.
Dinner
Our restaurant is open until late. We buy our fish daily upon demand, so if you wish to have fish, please let us know in advance. Our meat comes from our special supplier in Aydın.
While our menu focuses on Aegean specialties, we have an international menu to cater for most tastes. If it doesn’t let us know and we can prepare something special. Or let us surprise you with an extraordinary dish!
Some evenings (particularly Fridays and Saturdays) we have our famous barbecue parties, dependent on guest demands (Sometimes we have belly dancers too!).
